Growing up can be painful. Especially when you fall down a flight of stairs, suffer severe head trauma, and wake up with the mental capacity of a kindergartner. Ouch! Now, 17-year-old Nanaka Kirisato has to grow up all over again. If she thought fitting in as an unpopular bookworm was hard, subtracting eleven years certainly won’t help. Throw in a mullet-headed boy bully, a karate-chopping girl bully, a bullheaded best friend, and a barrage of schoolyard battles, and Nanaka's problems multiply exponentially!

The three go to a café but Nanaka is completely ignored. One day, Kuriko asks him to take her to the amusement park called Pop ‘n Land when Nanaka also asks him to go to Pop ‘n Land with him.

Nenji looks frantically for Nanaka only to remember the agreement and finds her at the cherry tree, but she isn’t the same as before…

When they’re walking down a path, a small child trips over in front of two and Nenji rushes over and help the child up. Nanaka gets very happy when she sees him do that and tells him that he has matured so much.

Nenji tells Amemiya he wants to take her out for a movie just to say “thank you” for helping Nenji with studying so he can helps Nanaka with studying. Amemiya gets very excited because it’s going to be just two of them for the first time ever! But when they get to the movie theater, she sees Nanaka and to make the matter worse, she sits next to Amemiya. Amemiya comes up with an excuse so they can leave the theater. But the people she knows show up everywhere she goes.

The school Cultural Festival is only one month away and Nanaka suggests the theme should be Magical Domiko, and the entire class agrees. Kazamatsuri suggests Nanaka to take the role of director and screen play too. During lunch, Nenji asks Amemiya to help Nanaka prepare. Later Nanaki converses with the two, but something happens and she passes out. After being taken to the nurse, she reverts back to seventeen!

Thanks to the letter and Amemiya’s help, the preparation of the play directed and written by Nanaka progresses very smoothly.

On the same day, he receives a call from the six year old Nanaka and takes her to her favorite place, the Pop ‘n’ Land Amusement Park.
